At Omassim Guesthouse we pride ourselves on our outstanding vegetarian buffet. Meals are delicious, diverse, mostly prepared with local ingredients. The cuisine, gourmet international, presents a wide range of healthy and tasteful meals, easily adaptable to the different requirements of our clients, from vegan, egg-dairy-vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free or raw-food.

We use good quality seasonal, locally-sourced fruits and vegetables, and according to Eduardo´s words, “cooking and eating are an art”, all the meals are artfully prepared with care, patience, pleasure and love.

Vegetarian food, still for some peolple considered as boring, monotone meals, become a new adventure of textures and flavors at Omassim. It is impossible to be remain indiferent!
